We look for providers who treat first-time homeowners with patience. Good fits usually:

• Run a real local garage door business
• Handle repair, installation, or both
• Work on springs, openers, tracks, panels and cables
• Serve homeowners in or near our coverage area
• Hold the licenses and insurance that local rules require

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us because they want clear answers. We expect providers to match that.

• Give written quotes with parts, labor and fees listed
• Explain the problem in plain words
• Be honest about what you can and cannot do
• Do not push a replacement when a repair will do
• Make no promises about insurance coverage
• Return homeowner requests politely and on time

We do not promise a set number of requests. Volume depends on your area and the season.
